The English Shotokan Karate Association recently held a kata course at the Stevenage Hombu for all students. The morning concentrated on Intermediate-Dan and Dan grade katas and the afternoon focussed on junior grade katas. There was a large turnout for both sessions, and everyone came away with having learnt at least one new kata.
